Deploy of kamelet bindings fails silently

Describe the Bug

When trying to deploy a simple timer to log KameletBinding, the deployment fails silently and:

1. no deployment happen
2. no way to know the status of the deployment
3. the only message is Error processing deployment: resource.type: must not be null in the console

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

1. go to https://kaoto-stable-kaoto.mariasde-cluster-c22fc5e8e66e9470d8f58db21c47bfd0-0000.eu-de.containers.appdomain.cloud/
2. create a KameletBinding like timer -> log
3. click the deploy button
4. check if something has been deployed on the cluster
5. check the console
