Language metadata field shows no data #3516

What happened?

The language metadata field appears blank when it was previously set and when you try to set a language it says no data.

What did you expect?

Language appears and able to set language from UI.

Kavita Version Number - If you don not see your version number listed, please update Kavita and see if your issue still persists.
