Set Eco Temperature when using a schedule

Hi I am not sure I understand how the Eco Mode works.

I have a schedule which sets the temperature via the service mentioned above. However the TRVs don't regulate the temperature at all when the temperature was set that way. It goes into eco mode and does nothing even if the temperature gap gets to 4°C (i have a tolerance set of 0,5°C)

any suggestions? how do I set the temperature via an automation that it is always regulated to stay at target?

but is it normal that even though you give it a set point for eco mode, it does nothing to reach this setpoint? in my case they just became all switched off.

Hello, I would like to switch between heating and ECO, controlled by a schedule. Is this possible via a service or something else? I know the two service calls 'better_thermostat.set_temp_target_temperature' and 'better_thermostat.restore_saved_target_temperature'. However, these don't really serve my purpose. Thanks.
