BT doesnt adjust heating temperature only idle works good

I am playing with better thermostat for sometime with some TRVs.

The instgration is perfect for some jobs like Google Home perfect compatibility and usage of external temp sensor.

The problem is that for some reason after few hours it does not adjust real thermostat on the heating side only on idle.

It is very strage it looks like it does not send commands or are not received when heating is on. When on idle I can see values adjusting between 5 to whatever tem is at that moment.

I can reproduce this behavour on zigbee2mqtt or even on Tuya integratioin. The thermostats work perfect as they are but NOT wit Better thermostat. Or at least not for more thn few hours after restart.

Most probably there are some incompatibilites somewhere.

Anybody having the same behaviour ?

Are you sure its just the "heat" mode and no auto config stuff from the TVR?

I have a Spirit zigbee, and this trv must me set to mode auto, to work with BT if it set to heat it just boost to 30°C

This is the reason why the option "switch heat with Auto" exists in BT
