Hybrid mode ?

Hi can someone explain the new Hybrid mode and how it is supposed to work ? Looks like it was added in December and could be what I need to leverage

I sounds like it should use both offset and set target together ?

What I could do with is this sort of logic :

• Calculate offset
• while ( offset < -2.5 )
  Set target +2.5, increase offset by 2.5 (make the offset smaller / less negative)

So instead of just clipping the outcome, use a target temp change to mean the offset can be within range

Happy to go and add this for a TRVZB if someone has 5 mins to just point me at the best approach with the code structure it'll otherwise take ages to figure out how it all hangs together

EDIT: Actually I just found the valves will support much larger calibration offsets but ZHA seems to be limiting to +/- 2.5. I would welcome any advice if someone knows how to fix this to be a larger limit for this TRV ! I will post another question somewhere so people can see that.
