Better thermostat is not available if window sensors are not declared

I've just migrated with my TS0601 from ZHA to Z2M (much better integration) and found your project. Unfortunately, the better_thermostat entity is visible, but not available.

I've tried both 0.9.3 and 1.0.0-beta2 versions.
HA: 2021.12.10 (with HACS, not HASS),
"Include device information" is enabled in Z2M.

Not sure if that means that neither TRV nor temperature sensor are not available (they surely are, I can use those entities); also, I haven't set window sensor in config so I'm not sure why it's waiting for it.

My config is very simple:

Do you have any suggestions/tips where to find any clue what is wrong with my setup?

OK, small update - the problem was on windows_sensors indeed. It's probably a bug because it was waiting for the window sensor even if it's not set in the config. I set some dummy boolean sensor that always returns false and it works like a charm.
