add Venstar T7900 compatibility and Fahrenheit support

Thanks to Toby for adding this improvement. I hope it gets made 'official'. I have been looking for just such improvements for some time. My quest continues as the T7900 has not been blessed by your coding attention!

Perhhaps I have missed the obvious. I was hoping that this card and integration could be used with the Venstar T7900. It appears not. In spite of the absence of specified support, I tried setting up and I found that there was no option or indication that F was acknowledged as the system's standard unit for thermal measurement and representation. In any case, I suggest this needs to be added. Also, If memory serves, temperature at which to 'do something' should not contain a default 0 value or any other on principle. I think I saw this is the in the setup.

As previously stated, I would like to request that support for the T7900 be added. I would be happy to provide a testing platform If that will help.
