Enhance Image Upload Metadata and Restrictions

To improve data accuracy and usability for future analysis, we need to implement the following enhancements for image uploads:

1. Timestamp Addition: Store the timestamp of image creation to track when the image was uploaded.
2. Upload Limit: Set a restriction on the number of images a user can upload to manage storage efficiently.
3. Age Metadata: Include an optional age field for images, as it may be useful for future behavioral health analysis.
