Add Routing for Multi-Page Support

Implement routing to support multiple pages (e.g., Home, Telehealth Consultation, DICOM Upload, Wearable Data).

Task

1.Set up a routing system in the React application to enable navigation between multiple pages, such as:

2.Home: A landing page introducing the project.

3.Telehealth Consultation: A page for video consultations.

4.DICOM Upload: A page for uploading and viewing medical images.

5.Wearable Data: A page for displaying data from wearable devices.
