Issue when enabling sourceMap option

Hello, would love to utilize this plugin, but does does not seem to play well with Rollup's sourceMap option. Here's a simple example. It does not retain any of the sources or mappings.

Preprocess doesn't support Source Maps.
jsoverson/preprocess#59
A good option to make a support there. But I haven't free time yet.

Here I changed the load method.
SourceMap will be built on the modified code.
Not a very good option, but...
