gnvm ls失败 #26

安装后管理员运行，init初始化成功，显示有一个版本的node 10.13.0-x86,但是gnvm ls的时候，就显示没有版本。

谢谢反馈，目前一小段时间都在 Mac 下开发。
你试着用 gnvm 安装一些 node 后，看看 gnvm ls 是否还无法使用？
