Build differs from dev mode for initial filtering state

Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

below is a reproduction of the bug using this example from the docs.

I am trying to set initial state for slider range. while it works in dev mode, it doesn't after build.
checking the table state, though, shows the filtering has been applied, but the actual slider input element in the DOM has not been updated.
