Responsiveness (window size) and a few glow ups ✨

Notes

• When I logged in a minute ago, my window size was completely cutting off the prompt box. Once I expanded up from the top of my window, it showed. Need to adjust it so it moves down if you scale down from the top, etc.
• I think we should remove the example prompts and prompt writing tips following someone making their first prompt. It definitely takes up a ton of space, and is fairly distracting following the first prompt. I'm also open to these being moved completely to be a pop up window as an option in the user menu. Maybe under Report a UI issue there's "Tips"
• In the box where a prompt is written, remove the fill green color that shows up when you click in to type. This way, only the border will lighten with someone writes, and it doesn't leave it looking like a the SUBMIT button is weirdly in there with it all.
