Lost my followers and contacts

My all contacts and followers gone. And its not for first time that the second one. Why that's always happening? Can you sort that error pls its very uncomfortable 😖

This happens to me when I use Iris.to.

You need to make sure you are connected to the same relays when switching clients. Possibly Nostros couldn't find any of your contacts on start and the moment you did any change the version was updated, anyways there is always the possibility to recover an older version by connecting back on Iris

This happened again, and I have been abstaining from using Nostros or Iris.to. So it is some other client or relay doing this.

Still investigating this, it could be Nostur, a new macos nostr client. I am not sure how the list was restored, but my following list was cached in Nostrmo.
