Error messages in supervisor log

I get loads of errors in the supervisor log in Home assistant. i found that allot of options in the yaml can be removed. One thing that i think needs to stay is the MQTT base topic. Because its still there in the UI configuration. But i dont understand why i get this error:

22-05-16 09:15:43 WARNING (MainThread) [supervisor.addons.options] Unknown option 'base_topic' for Zigbee2mqtt (45df7312_zigbee2mqtt)

In the z2mqtt documentation base_topic should be a valid option. but still it tells me its not in the logs. Any ideas how to fix this?
