Changing the stored brightness and color values

I have a zigbee ceiling light. When it is switched off and on again, it comes up with the last color and brightness. So if I switch it off, it remembers the last values.
If someone is walking around in the night, I use this light as a night light with 1% brightness and blue color. The next day, if the light is switched on manually, it should come up with the normal values from the previous day. This means: when the night light goes off, it should restore the previous values.
I have seen that there is a zigbee command "on with recall of global scene" (OnOff cluster no. 0). Can it be used for that?
