configuration change is not saved

Trying to update the UR to the ics file I went through the configuration wizard pages and clicked OK.
When I enter a wrong URL I cannot continue so the value seems to be read correctly.
Opening the configuration pages again I see the old value is still there.
Creation of a new calndar works fine.
