[BUG]: Double filters get displayed at the top on selecting from the "Select all *****" at the ADD coin page.

Describe the bug
When the user Search for any keyword and clicks on the Select all *** button, then it is observed that the double filters get added at the top.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open the 'Komodo Wallet'.
Enter the PIN to login to an existing Wallet or create a new Wallet.
Move to the ADD coin page.
Search for any coin and click on the "Select all (Coin Type)"
Notice that the double filter gets added at the top of the screen.

Expected behavior:
Single filter should get added at the top of the screen instead of double filters.
