{% hint style="info" %} If you forgot your password, don't worry! You can quickly regain access to your accounts by re-importing them using your seed phrase/JSON backup file/Private key/QR backup code, and you'll be back in control in no time. {% endhint %}
Step 1: On the Welcome screen, click "Don't remember your password?".
Step 2: A pop-up message will appear with 2 options provided: "Reset account" and "Erase all".
Choose the option you want to apply:
{% hint style="info" %} This action will reset some information associated with your account, including your:
- Balances & NFTs
- Staking
- Crowdloans
- Transactions (History)
- Address book
- Website access config/settings {% endhint %}
{% hint style="info" %} This action will reset all the information associated with your account.
Besides resetting the information listed like when you click "Reset account", it will also reset your:
- List of custom networks and tokens
- Network & asset state (turn on/turn off)
- Settings: security, currency, language, ... {% endhint %}
Step 3: Once you click either of these options, all the accounts you have previously imported will be removed. You will be directed to the Welcome screen.
