Describe the bug

As seen in the screenshot below, when dragging around a dock cell it appears to be lagging, but is in fact not being updated until the cursor movements stops for a subtle moment, when moving real slow the dock will update more frequently, but with more realistic movement the cell does not update until the movement slows down.
