Description

When the mantine is in RTL mode, moving the mouse to right, resizes the cell from left.

Expected Behaviour

This should work like default LTR mode, so moving the mouse to right resizes the cell from right.

this is an issue with react-table RTL column resizing doesn't work

so we have to wait until react-table supports rtl layout
