上传路径中不配置哈希选项时，如果删除图片后再次上传同名文件，会出现云端图片已更新，但在相册中预览时只能看到之前的旧图片的情况，如果要刷新只能手动删除C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\piclist\Cache\Cache_Data目录下的部分文件，能不能加入一个强制刷新的按钮。

实测点击后因为本地缓存原因不会进行刷新。
