According to the code the static format 'dd/MM/yyyyy' is used. 'dateFormat' variable doesn't use for part of code:

{{calendar?.selectedDates?.start | date: 'dd/MM/yyyy'}} @if (calendar?.selectedDates?.end) { - {{calendar.selectedDates?.end | date: 'dd/MM/yyyy'}} }
