Option to see TOTP Authenticator app mode only

Is it some how possible to create an option to choose to open and display just the TOTP codes for the available sites as the famous authenticator apps usually show..... Like just the huge app logo Username and current and next OTP ?

What you're asking for is a graphical overhaul, and as KeePassDX is password-oriented, that's what's being emphasized. After that, you can play around with usernames and visual settings.

Understood. what i was imagining is something like a TOTP icon like edit icon on the launch screen, if unloacked via enabling it, app will show TOTPs only, making it much quicker for TOTPs also, as we are not un-necessory going through all passwords/stored in db.

One compromise would be to add a sort feature on the main database view; just like how there's a "groups before" option, we could add a "entries with TOTP before" to show those entries at the top of the list. See #1546

Or, a way to filter the list to only show entries that have TOTPs. (A convenient extension of this would be to include an app shortcut/widget that goes directly to this TOTP-only view when opened)
