Ignoring Autofill Application blocklist

Describe the bug

Despite adding non-browser entries to App blocklist following Wiki steps, app KP continues to open and prompt, even if database is closed, and no password is registered to app.

To Reproduce

FairEmail requires password for backups. Added eu.faircode.email in blocklist. KP still pops up on entry. Same with deltazero.amarok.foss, com.sovworks.eds.android, and a number of other blocked apps, FOSS or not.

Unexpected Keyboard, NextApp Technical Keyboard, and bluetooth keyboard. DuckDuck tracking blocker.

Persists after cache clearing, restart. Battery Opt disabled.

Blocklist interface doesn't look like Wiki. Possible version revisions?

Galaxy Note 10+ has similar and other issues with same OS and app versions, and context notes. Some banking apps included.

Survivable, but mild annoyance. An issue over several versions.
