Publisher cities returns incorrect labels #467

https://lookup.ld4l.org/authorities/search/local/publisher_cities_select_list?q=detroit&maxRecords=8&lang=en&context=true&response_header=true&startRecord=1 returns:

[{"id":"http://id.loc.gov/authorities/names/n79045539","label":"Detroit (Mich.)","uri":"http://id.loc.gov/authorities/names/n79045539"},{"id":"http://id.loc.gov/authorities/names/n81008351","label":"Detroit (Mich.)","uri":"http://id.loc.gov/authorities/names/n81008351"}]

However, https://id.loc.gov/authorities/names/n81008351 is for “Dushanbe (Tajik S.S.R.)“.
