export user emails for PO #3496

I would like a list of all user emails on stage and production (with emails) for some user communication.

The Cognito UX doesn't have an export, only the API or CLI

Could you generate one list of user emails on stage, and one on production? But only those whose "confirmation status" aka UserStatus = confirmed?
