write a script that whenever person records:
while recording we can loop over sample look for drops/artifacts
2 thresholds:

• minimum levels (ie drops below)
• max range of samples below that level exceeded - 10?

no way to know in browser it's happening
inform students

• that if os level stuff enabled
  • how to turn off

Matt test these instruments:

• Melodica
• Ocarinas
• Harmonicas
• F Bass tuba
• Cimbasso
• Cc contra tuba
• Bb contra tuba
• Trumpet
