Unit tests that execute on remote targets have unhandled modal dialogs

Take Shared Memory Module as an example. It runs tests on a cRIO target at a particular IP address. This cRIO isn't there at the moment. This leads to the deployment progress dialog complaining (via a modal dialog...grrr) that the target cannot be found.
