[DISCUSSION] Inclusion in default F-Droid repo

Hello, I want to write an F-Droid metadata file to include Lawnicons in the official F-Droid repo (currently, it's only on IzzyOnDroid, and also outdated), however for this I need the maintainer's direct permission. Also, we'll need to add Fastlane to the repository, but I can handle this myself in a PR (Fastlane is just a folder with some text files and pictures in the repo's root directory and does not affect the build process). I believe that this would be a great change to make Lawnicons more available for end users, since many use F-Droid, and being on the default repo will make Lawnicons available for absolutely every F-Droid user right as they download the store.

Also, another minor change that has to be done: release version commits will have to be tagged for F-Droid to automatically detect new releases, however, I think this is not a huge deal, since it just takes a few clicks to tag the release.

Seems like noone in the dev team is interested. Feel free to close the issue if this is the case, I understand this is not a top priority.
