Build speculos on MacOS #307

I would like to be able to build speculos on MacOS (not using Docker).

The need comes from a project where we want to run speculos in a GitHub MacOS runner, which can't have Docker installed due to license issues.

It seems that the container here for aarch64 also does not support the latest firmware.
