Tasks are displayed twice

When I display the tasks, they are displayed twice. Once with the date when they were created and once with the date when they are due. Is there a way to turn this off or is it intentional? I would like the tasks to be displayed only with their due date.

No, that doesn't work either. I have sorted once in ascending order and once in descending order, both with the same result.
