Time Sorting is Not Working!

I want to sort my tasks from the newest to the oldest, but even though I set it to "start time descending" in the settings, it doesn't change. In fact, the other sorting settings aren't working either. Can you help plz?

I am trying with text sorting and it's not working.

You can set a date, where do you set the time though?
