SocketException: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlException: 'Unable to connect to any of the specified MySQL hosts.'

No, my firewall is not blocking it.
Server is fine, I can host other bots in there(Java and python)
