A party_light for npc's and a command to place (and remove) a light source
on the map would be highly useful to create atmospheric scenes.
This would be useful to indicate the presence of guards at night (from a
distance), to give visual clues about hidden locations (the magic fairy
pond lit by an eerie aura) and to create atmospheric scenes (the holy
temple exuding a brilliant light), and to represent traps going off
(springing the runes of fire).
