as a sign of respect for you and this project, I have completely translated into Romanian I still have small changes to make. But I found some sentences that don't match the ones in the translation, meaning they remain displayed in English, some with crumbs. Some of them are the following:
Chats waiting in pending line more than n seconds should be auto assigned first. Time in seconds
How long operator should go offline automatically because of inactivity. Time in minutes
Automatically close pending chats where visitor has left a chat. Timeout in minutes, last activity by visitor ,,
Do not track visitors IP
After how many days anonymize messages
After how many days encrypt messaes.
Cleanup should be done only using cronjob.
Anonymize also operators messages

I will come back with others because there are more.
I found the difference between them and edited them in the database to match the translation but I would be happy to have them resolved in a future update.

I found two more untranslated or misconfigured strings:
Delay in seconds before leave a message form is shown. 0 Means functionality is disabled,
Cookie should be valid only for domain where Javascript is embedded (excludes subdomains)

First string was not declared in database, and the last string need to be removed " (excludes subdomains)" from database.
