1.2 - Improved list formatting

This release addresses shortcomings in bulleted and numbered list, including nested lists. (This does not include bullets nested under numbers of vice/versa, but I have yet to see that in Claude output unless I specifically ask for it.)

In addition, this release fixes some glitches in handling the conversation list, removing some that didn't belong, removing conversations from closed tabs, preventing duplicates, and improving the clear conversations behavior.

HTML Formatting Release

The output is now formatted as HTML rather than markdown, which makes this more of a one-step process for most scenarios. In addition, HTML provides a richer set of capabilities so this new version produces output that closely mimics Claude in the browser, including a collapsing window for the display of artifacts.
