No "toast" when instance creation fails

Relating to feature #56, possibly: I'm not sure toasts work when creating instances.

In the attach example video, I'm creating a PaperMC 1.21.4 server and it fails, but there is no feedback. I thought I was going slightly insane at first, but eventually I noticed that it was creating new notifications under the "bell".

Found a duplicate in retrospect #345, but I think this ticket better narrows the bug down to "errors are not communicated to the user when instance creation fails" rather than focusing on e.g. "PaperMC can't be created".
