Incorrectly interprets me using Obsidian 24/7 despite it not being used

I'm on linux, ubuntu 24.04.1 using GNOME

I use multiple workspaces(similar to the multiple features on windows) to quickly switch between workspaces
I usually leave a dedicated workspace for Obsidian to run in to quickly switch to it.

The problem is that even though I am not actively using Obsidian, the plugin's tracking the currently opened note/canvas
