Welcome and thank you for making a contribution to the StrangeScout system, a free software project! By making a contribution, you must agree to and accept the Developer Certificate of Origin, a legal document that verified you have the legal rights to contribute your code.

This should be evidenced by a standard git signoff (Signed-Off By: Developer Name <[email protected]>), which can be done easily with a git commit -s or --signoff or manually in GitHub.

As described in the LICENSE file, the project is free software licensed under a GNU Affero General Public License (v3 or greater at your choice). Make certain that you read and understand the text of the license before using, deploying, modifying, or contributing to the project! Inter alia, this license requires that you keep GPL v3 code seperate, although it is allowed to be directly linked to AGPL v3 code. It also means that you must make source code for any modifications available to users who access your installation of StrangeScout over the network.

By making a contribution to this project, I certify that:

(a) The contribution was created in whole or in part by me and I
    have the right to submit it under the open source license
    indicated in the file; or

(b) The contribution is based upon previous work that, to the best
    of my knowledge, is covered under an appropriate open source
    license and I have the right under that license to submit that
    work with modifications, whether created in whole or in part
    by me, under the same open source license (unless I am
    permitted to submit under a different license), as indicated
    in the file; or

(c) The contribution was provided directly to me by some other
    person who certified (a), (b) or (c) and I have not modified
    it.

(d) I understand and agree that this project and the contribution
