Server was at 5 tps, so I did a warmroast.
EmberRootZoo-1.12.2-1.3.10

I rebooted the server and it came up to 9 tps now owls are taking 42% of the server tick.

It should be a problem, I encounter similar situation while the owl stuck in the snow. and pull the server down to almost 7 tps.
