Describe problem (what you were doing; what happened; what should have happened):

The "Basic Inventory Hopper" has an Tag Item Filter with 'Reject matching' set as None, and is connected to a Diamond Backpack from Sophisticated Backpacks using Inventory Cable Connector, but it's only outputting items that are in the first slot of the Backpack instead of all items present.
