Thanks for adding this, Marcel! While the ACTIVE intent is nice to have available, I think that an0n981's comments highlight that this new one will be more generally useful. That said, I haven't been using the ACTIVE intent so my workflows aren't well established. I know exactly how I will be using this new intent once it's available!

@wbedard using only this intent is not sufficient. You should also handle the 'active' intent.
