예약을 수립할 때, 해당 포트폴리오의 메이크업 소요 시간만큼의 예약을 PENDING 상태로 추가합니다

📝 Progress

포트폴리오 메이크업 소요 시간 설정 추가
- 포트폴리오 생성 및 수정 API 필드 수정
예약하기 로직 변경
