Repo Organization

As discussed in the assignment, an important part of this project is practicing good data project management, including exercising good workflow management.

At the moment, it appears there's a lot of work to be done in that area in the repo—you're mostly working with .ipynb files, there's no code folder, no file name number prefixes, and not really any pull requests being used.

Please work on that as part of the revisions you are doing for your final draft.
