While the user can annotate around the lesions and can delete the last annotated bullet, despite implemented, the experience taken from the present feature is not the best for the user, therefore, we want to implement this part. For instance, each time the user press ESC it deletes the last bullet but remains the corner of the line as you can see on the uploaded GIF here.

Also, when you close the annotations (when the bullets turn into whit on the uploaded GIF), after the user press ESC, the user can not anymore add more annotations. We would like to change this behaviour while changing into an "editable" (the green ones) bullets again so that the user can do more bullets from there.
