Wrong date in filename

At radio-alfapce station, the wrong filename emerges.

They have a year marked as 2018 although the real year is 2021.

This screenshot is especially relevant for this fireball event.

The same situation is recently observed at OBSUPICE station.

Interesting is that the meta files have initially the wrong filename, which is then repaired to the correct filename in recent files.

The issue is not fully relevant to radio-observer software. The primary issue is that ntp-wait can proceed without fully synchronizing the system time.
