The shape of extrated data is diff to the notebook

After using the mimic_direct_extract.py to extract data, the shape of X and static data is diff to the shape in Baselines for Intervention Prediction - Mechanical Ventilation.ipynb.

I also have this issue. I am testing Baselines for Intervention Prediction - Vasopressor.ipynb The X shape was (X, 123) on github, but I got (X, 312). May I ask how to fix it?
