Give nextflow runs informative names (Ind ID) #6

Maybe by checking if any output exists and changing -name to -resume.

Informative run names will make runs easier to identify on nextflow tower for end users.

Have made changed to this effect, but things get dicey when a run is redone from scratch. If ever that is needed, this will be an issue, unless there is a way around this issue with nextflow.
