Unable to create windows11 21h2 driver package for microsoft surface. Kindly assist, as the tool is trying to download the driver from wrong website and MDM tool hangs for more than an hour.

It's for Surface Laptop 3, Surface Laptop 4 and Surface Book 3 for which I am trying to create driver package.
